If you received the letter from the Internal Revenue Service to request for the forms:
- 1095-A
- Form 8962
Then the 1st thing you may want to do is:
-Check to see if you received form 1095-A from your healthcare provider, especially you can check at
www.healthcare.gov it called ACA or obama care
-Contact to your healthcare agency (where you signed up for your healthcare insurance)
-Inform to your tax preparer
Do not assume that you don't have healthcare under the ACA as said. Your tax preparer will walk you thru step to correct the situation.
