Our new project is to build a camping site in Tonopah area. We recently acquisition the two lot of lands in Tonopah. One lot will be used for camp site building plan. The other is still on open decision.
The camp site area is about 120 acres. We are currently doing the drawing for the building maps.
We are also looking for partners, and investors for more funding on the open project.

During the year of 2020, there were some tax filing business (Vietnamese) where some workers there stole their customer data and used for their personal purposes. I recently found out a couple guys who did that to our Vietnamese community. Sorry, I can't post their name on this post, however, beware of those.
Recently, some of my customers got tax  ID theft from their tax preparers. If you receive an audit letter from the Internal Revenue Service to inform you of incomes that you don't recognize, you may got a Tax ID theft. You may have contact the IRS immediately to  correct the problem.

Actually it was an old form but was never used, now is the time to the form to be alive under the IRS revision.

Any question about this just feel free to post.

If you received the letter from the Internal Revenue Service to request for the forms:
- 1095-A
- Form 8962

Then the 1st thing you may want to do is:
-Check to see if you received form 1095-A from your healthcare provider, especially you can check at www.healthcare.gov
it called ACA or obama care
-Contact to your healthcare agency (where you signed up for your healthcare insurance)
-Inform to your tax preparer

Do not assume that you don't have healthcare under the ACA as said. Your tax preparer will walk you thru step to correct the situation.

Need the topic posting in Vietnamese then let me know.

If it ever happened to you or to any of your relative, friend..
You may have to contact to the business owner, who issued the form 1099-MISC, and request he/she to do the correction. Do not call or write to the IRS. It won't help, since the IRS won't deal with that. All you have to do is dealing with the business's owner as said.
